Terms of Service

These terms govern our supply of services and form the agreement between you and Noraventi.

We deliver finishing services as specified in individual written quotes. Variations to scope will be agreed in writing and may affect price and timing.

Quotes are valid for the period stated. Acceptance is by written confirmation. Site inspections may be required; quoted prices are conditional on reasonable access and current site conditions.

Payment terms are set out in the quote/invoice. Late payments may incur interest. For certain projects, a deposit or staged invoicing may apply.

Consumer Guarantees, Warranties & Building Compliance

Your rights under New Zealand law (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Building Act as applicable).

For consumer customers, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where services are supplied to a business for business purposes, those statutory guarantees may not apply.

We provide workmanship warranties as stated in your job documentation. For building-related works, compliance with the Building Act and applicable NZ standards is maintained; any required consents are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
